Age verification policy

The minimum age to browse the catalogue, place an order or hold an account with Helix Research Labs is 18. This threshold is set by us as a matter of policy and applies regardless of any lower statutory age in your location.

• An age gate is presented on first visit. You must confirm you are 18 or over before the site can be used, and your answer is stored on your device.
• At checkout you must separately confirm your age and accept the research use declaration. Both confirmations are recorded against the order.
• Where an order is high value, unusual, or gives us any reason for concern, we may request proof of age or proof of institutional affiliation before dispatch.

Providing a false age declaration is a breach of our Terms of Sale. We will cancel the order, refuse future supply, and may retain records of the attempt for compliance purposes.

If you believe a person under 18 has used this site or placed an order, contact privacy@helixresearchlabs.co.uk and we will cancel the order and delete the associated personal data.

Age confirmations and research use declarations are retained for six years as evidence of compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
