You may only order if you are 18 or over, have legal capacity to contract, and accept our Research Use Policy. Orders are for business/research purposes; if you are a consumer, statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Product descriptions, analytical data and images are provided for identification only. Descriptions of research contexts are factual summaries of published laboratory literature and are not claims about safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may reject an order where stock is unavailable, pricing was incorrect, verification checks fail, or supply would be unlawful.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged at checkout and is free on orders over £150. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will offer you the option to cancel.

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full.

You must comply with the Research Use Policy in full. Breach of that policy is a material breach of these terms and entitles us to terminate supply immediately.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of research output, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

We accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage arising from use of a product other than for in vitro laboratory research, including any administration to a person or animal.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

You must not misuse this website by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, scraping at volume, or using it in any unlawful manner.

We may amend these terms. The version published at the time you place your order governs that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their place of residence within the UK.
