Shipping & delivery

We currently dispatch to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not export research chemicals, as import requirements differ by jurisdiction and remain the responsibility of the importer.

• Free on orders over £150.
• Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Delivery estimates are indicative and exclude weekends, bank holidays and delays caused by the carrier.

Lyophilised vials are packed in insulated mailers with a temperature-stable gel pack and shock protection. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, and is labelled as laboratory reagents.

Inspect the consignment on delivery. Report visible damage, missing items or broken vials within 48 hours to orders@helixresearchlabs.co.uk with photographs so we can replace the affected items.

Where a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or repeated non-collection, we may charge the cost of redelivery. Perishable items returned to us after a failed delivery cannot be resold and may not be refundable.
