Analytical standards

Quality & testing

Research is only as reliable as the material behind it. Every lot we release is independently analysed and documented, so you can trace exactly what is in the vial on your bench.

Identity — mass spectrometry

Each lot is confirmed by LC-MS against the expected molecular mass before release. Deviating lots are quarantined and destroyed.

Purity — HPLC

Reverse-phase HPLC establishes purity for every batch. We publish the chromatogram alongside the Certificate of Analysis for the lot you receive.

Screening

Lots are screened for residual solvents, water content and bacterial endotoxin where the assay is applicable to the compound.

Cold-chain handling

Peptides are stored lyophilised at -20°C and dispatched in insulated packaging with a temperature-stable gel pack.

Third-party testing

Published test reports

Independent assays from Janoshik Analytical. Each report can be verified with the unique key printed on it.

Requesting a Certificate of Analysis

The lot number is printed on the vial label and repeated on your dispatch note. Email the lot number to lab@helixresearchlabs.co.uk and we will return the corresponding CoA and HPLC trace within one working day.

Certificates describe analytical characteristics only. They are not a safety assessment, and they do not imply suitability for any use other than in vitro laboratory research.
